Public Liability Insurance protects you if your business is held legally liable for personal injury or damage to a member of the public's person or property because the business's owners, directors or employees are shown to be responsible. If work is done in places other than your own premises you can get off-site cover and public liability insurance can even cover the collection or delivery of goods carried out as part of your business. The insurance can also provide legal costs associated with defending claims against the business.

Employers Liability Insurance is compulsory for all businesses, you must be covered for at least £5 million by law and the certificate of cover must be displayed in the workplace. Employer's Liability covers claims from employees for bodily injury, illness or disease arising out of or in the course of their employment in your business.

Property Cover can be arranged for your businesses' buildings, contents, tools, and stock. Cover for plant, machinery and sites, even when hired, is available.
